Private Dining & Events

Private Events

One kitchen, one room, one number to call — and space for a table of six or a floor of 250 guests.

What We Do

Dinners built around you

Most nights this is a bistro. Given a date, it becomes whatever the evening needs to be: a long table behind its own door, a bar humming with a hundred people, or the entire floor cleared and set for a wedding.

Nothing about it is outsourced. The same kitchen that cooks your Tuesday dinner cooks your reception, the same bartenders pour, and the address is the one it always is — 32760 Simon Ave, Abbotsford. There is no second venue and no banquet annexe; what changes is how much of this one is yours.

  • A coordinator who answers

One person owns your booking from the first email to the last coffee, and you have their line the whole way. No ticket numbers, no handovers the week of.

  • Menus built with the chef

Sit down with the kitchen and write the menu around your guests — the allergies, the vegetarians, the uncle who only eats lamb. Then taste it before you sign it.

  • Full bar service

The bar runs your night the way it runs any evening here: cocktails made to order, the cellar list open, and a tab you cap or leave running.

The Spaces

Rooms, and what they hold

Rates are a starting point for food, per guest, before drinks and taxes. Smaller parties are welcome too — a table of ten needs no contract, just a reservation.

Occasions

What this room is booked for

  • Weddings

Ceremony drinks through to the last dance, or just the dinner if the vows happened elsewhere.

  • Corporate Dinners

Year-ends, client dinners and team nights, with one invoice and a hard finish time if you need one.

  • Birthdays

Thirty at the bar or the whole floor seated — the same kitchen either way.

  • Anniversaries

The table you sat at the first time, held back, with the menu you ate that night if we can find it.

  • Celebrations of Life

A quiet room, warm food and staff who stay out of the way. We will handle the arrangements so the family does not have to.

  • Community & Festival Nights

Fundraisers, club dinners and the long tables Abbotsford books when a season ends well.

How It Works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Enquire

Send the form below with a date, a rough headcount and what the night is for. You will hear back from the coordinator within one business day — a real reply, not an auto-response.

  2. Taste

Come in, walk the room, and eat the menu you are considering. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you have tasted what your guests will be served.

  3. Plan

Timings, seating, dietary lists, drinks package, music and the run of the night, all settled on one page you sign. Changes stay welcome until the week before.

  4. Celebrate

You arrive as a guest. The room is set, the kitchen is briefed, and the coordinator is on the floor all evening so nobody has to look for anyone.

Rather talk it through?

Forms are fine for a first date and a headcount. Everything after that goes faster out loud — call the restaurant and ask for whoever is running events that week.
